There is no membership, no contracts, no surprises.

Meadow Park RV Lake Community at beautiful Lake Tenkiller offers annual and seasonal pricing for our residents. Most of our residents come from the Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Fort Smith areas.

Year-Round Rate:

  • $175 Per Month depending on site size, location, and view.*

Seasonal Rate (Less than 12 Months):

  • $350 Per Month

Utilities:

  • Water, Sewer & Trash is included in monthly rate.
  • Electricity – The average electric costs are $40 per month June through September and approximately $20 per month, October through May.
  • Internet and Phone is based on usage.

Deposit:

  • $200 for the last month’s rent and electricity.

*If you agree to the yearly rate and leave early for any reason, you are responsible for the difference between the seasonal rate minus the yearly rate ($375 – $150) for the months that you stayed.
