Local directions:
Meadow Park is only 45 minutes from Fort Smith, an hour and half from Tulsa, and two and half hours from Oklahoma City.
Lake Tenkiller is 12 miles from I-40 at the Gore or Vian exits.
From Gore: take Highway 100 North for nine miles. Cross the dam, turn left into Tenkiller State Park.
From Vian: take Highway 82 North until it intersects Highway 100. There will be a stop sign, and McQuicks convenience store is on your right. Turn left (west) on Highway 100 for approx. 5 miles to Tenkiller State Park.
From either Gore, or Vian, turn into Tenkiller State Park. You will see a sign for Pine Cove Marina, turn right, pass the Marina, go around the cove, and you will see a sign for Meadow Park. You will turn right, leaving the State Park.
Drive approx. ¾ mile to the entrance of Meadow Park on your right.
