Answer: No.

Question: Can I buy a lot at Meadow Park?
Answer: No. The reason is if I own it all, I can maintain a uniform quality. As soon as I sell one lot, the new owner can do whatever he wants.

Question: What about security?
Answer: I live in a home that looks towards the only entrance. There are also families who are full time residents. We have not had a break in, or any damage in 10 years.

Question: What about leaving my boat?
Answer: You are welcome to. Build a covered storage if you want to. The lots are big!

Question: What about dogs?
Answer: Please keep it on a leash.

Question: How about guests?
Answer: They are welcome.

Question: Do you allow full time residents in the RVs?
Answer: No.

Question: How much time can we spend?
Answer: A reasonable amount that indicates you are there to enjoy the lake, but not making it a full time residence.

Answer: Every three months. (min)

Answer: Have a great time! Your spot will be there when you return.
